Meet the Team

Arthur Crumlish is one of the founding partners of A-List Education and the most experienced tutor in the organisation globally. As the principle driving force behind the educational ethos and methodology of A-List from its inception, Arthur moved from the New York office to head up the Academic Team at A-List UK in 2015. Since that time, he has been an integral part of the management team in London.

Arthur began his work as an instructor and life coach soon after graduating from Carnegie Mellon University, and has over 30 years of expertise preparing students for the US standardised tests. He has worked with a wide variety of students including third graders at a private school in Manhattan, college-level students and adults completing professional development. Arthur specialises in assisting students with special needs, different learning styles, learning disabilities and ones for whom English is a second language. He has led numerous teacher trainings in the top institutions of New York and London and has been an instrumental part of various non-profit educational and mentoring programs. His most recent work in community outreach involved helping refugees seeking asylum in London to improve their English language skills and enter the workplace.

Arthur’s life-long interest in mind-body health and well-being has led to his integration of yoga, mindfulness and self-cultivation practices into a wholistic approach that focuses on the individual. He is currently completing a degree in Chinese medicine and Acupuncture, further grounding his practice in the belief that, to make progress in any personal transformation, we must always look to the root as well as the branches.
