Brooke graduated from Harvard in 2017 with a BA in Neurobiology but quickly pursued her true passion for storytelling and comedy when she was awarded the Michael C. Rockefeller Memorial Fellowship in Scotland. She is currently studying Communication Design and Illustration at the Royal College of Art. These things are all connected, she promises, but it is a long story.

In between the Rockefeller and her current studies, Brooke worked in the educational sector in the US as math tutor for elementary school students, an SAT tutor for high school students, and a post graduate media fellow with Harvard’s Bok Center for Teaching and Learning, where she collaborated with university professors and graduate students to devise unorthodox lesson plans and assessment criteria. She is interested in the neurological implication of bringing storytelling, comedy, and learning together to create innovative educational experiences in the classroom and beyond. Outside of the classroom, you can find Brooke doing improv comedy, storytelling shows, and frantic cartooning—a couple of her toons are published in the New Yorker and the Harvard Lampoon.
