US University Advisor (Full-time)

We’re looking for individuals to advise in-person on the US University application process with our secondary school students and private families. Scheduling is flexible, with materials provided for you. Expect paid training before you begin work. Rates range per hour depending on experience. No recruitment agencies please.

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Happy to work in-person with clients and schools
• Must be highly organised and punctual
• Must have graduated from a top US university or completed the US university application process
• Must have good knowledge of the US university application process
• Must be available at least 4 days per week for advising
• Must have the right to live and work in the UK
• Ability to commit to at least one year of advising work

Director of Client Service (Full-time)

The Director of Client Service (DSC) is the leader of our sales and customer success team, ensuring each client receives the highest standard of service. The DCS communicates with clients and tutoring staff daily, following up with all leads and needs, and focuses on building and maintaining our strong client-centred relationships. You oversee the day-to-day tasks for the team, keeping focus on sales targets and goals, working towards the substantial growth of the organisation, and looking for ways to improve our service. This role is trusted with managing our clients and our most experienced tutoring staff, who require a confident leader who can guide them through the process.

We’re also looking for people to tutor our secondary school students for the UK and/or US curriculum. Scheduling is flexible, with materials and lesson plans provided for you. Expect 30+ hours of paid training before you begin work. Rates range from £35 to £80+ per hour, depending on experience.
