Course Tutors
Overview
We are looking to hire people to tutor our SAT & ACT school courses. Tutors must be available to travel for 1-2 hours by train from central London and be available on weekday afternoons/evenings. Materials and lesson plans provided for you. Expect 30+ hours of paid training before you begin work. Rates range from £60-70 per hour for in-person courses, depending on experience.
Job responsibilities:

Must be outgoing, amiable, and have excellent interpersonal skills

Happy to work in-person with clients

Must be highly organised and punctual

Must have graduated from a top US university

Must have scored 700+ per section on the SAT or 32+ on the ACT
What we expect of you:

Must have prior tutoring or teaching experience

Must have the right to live and work in the UK

Must have the ability to commit to at least one year of tutoring work (part-time or full-time)
While we are primarily looking for SAT/ACT tutors, we would be interested in hearing about any tutoring experience you may have in other subjects and any university placement consulting experience. Applicants with knowledge of the following tests will receive consideration: SAT, ACT, SSAT, AP and ISEE.
