Meet the Team

As Head of International Schools & Partnerships, Hayley leads on fostering school and corporate partnerships for the Dukes Plus consultancies, including A-List, Oxbridge Applications, The Medic Portal, and The Lawyer Portal.

In addition to this role, Hayley also acts as a Senior Advisor for A-List, bringing a wealth of expertise and knowledge from her prior position as Director of Careers & Higher Education at Cardiff Sixth Form College, the UK’s leading independent school for academic results and university destinations. Here, Hayley delivered exceptional individualised advice and guidance, whilst simultaneously studying towards postgraduate qualifications in Educational Practice and Careers Leadership from Cardiff University and University of Warwick respectively.

In almost eight years, over 1000 UK and International students under her wing successfully gained places to study at the world’s most selective universities (QS World Top 100), in including, but not limited to, the US, Canada, Europe, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Australia, Singapore, Japan, and more.

Recently, Hayley’s position as an internationally acclaimed advisor is cemented through her successful election to serve on the Communications Committee for International ACAC, a global organization of higher education counsellors and consultants who strive to guide and support students in accessing and transitioning to higher education worldwide.

However, Hayley’s advising career all started when working as Head of Modern Foreign Languages; in this role, she imparted her own personal experience and enthusiasm for studying and working abroad in Seville and Paris as part of her BA in French and Spanish with Portuguese from the University of Exeter. She furthers this zest for wanderlust and intercultural exchange through her college advising and main hobbies: travel, food, and picking up new languages. When Hayley is on terra firma, she enjoys playing board games, swimming, and trying her absolute best to learn the saxophone!
