Meet the Team

Alice oversees all HR matters for the consultancies within the Central London Offices such as A-List Education, Oxbridge Applications, The Career Portal, The Lawyer Portal and The Medic Portal. Alice graduated from Canterbury University with first-class honours and has since achieved her CIPD L7 and L5 qualification in Human Resources, specialising in Employment Law.

She started her HR career as a Recruitment Consultant within a construction firm, after this, she undertook an opportunity with HMSHost International as their Employee Relations Advisor and L&D Manager. This experience followed a standalone role as an HR Manager for a technology-based organisation, where Alice gained skills in all other areas of HR. Alice has a wide range of experience, across a variety of industries, but she has always been interested in the education sector. Alice was a mentor, tutor and ambassador whilst attending university and found a passion for helping others.

Outside of the office, Alice loves going for long walks with her two miniature dachshunds. She is constantly being defeated in her tennis matches and her attempts at home baking!
