Meet the Team

Elias brings a layered, multidisciplinary approach to international admissions. Specializing in helping students convert their lived experiences into compelling, authentic narrative architectures for personal statements and admissions essays, he shapes standout applications.

Elias completed his undergraduate studies as a Kofi Annan Scholar at Macalester College in the Twin Cities, earning a BA in International Studies with a focus on Economics. He went on to complete an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's Degree (GLOCAL) on merit-based scholarship across the Universities of Glasgow, Barcelona and Göttingen (2022), and holds an MA in International Relations from Leiden University (2021), specializing in EU Studies.

His professional background spans editorial and publishing work in New York City, policy analysis at the European Commission in Brussels and developing SAT preparation programs for an Athenian start-up.

Deeply committed to international education, Elias helps students identify the academic environments best suited to their individual strengths — whether in the liberal arts, law, business or beyond.

Outside of work, he enjoys downhill skiing and reading post-modern American literature.
